Lead Business Developer
Responsibilities
- Developing and presenting sales strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Managing Linkedin, Upwork, and Fiver profiles and targeting new growth platforms.
- Able to create, run and monitor multiple email marketing campaigns.
- Identifying and implementing new ways to access potential business targets.
- Develop ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns.
- Tracking all sales activities.
- Planning and managing the monthly sale budget
- Managing sales pipeline
- Coordinating with the team for optimizing sales effort.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry
- Prior experience in web development sales
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficient in using Github, Trello Boards, etc
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
